At NBYG, we want to give teens opportunity to grow closer together as a community and learn from each other. We achieve this through small groups. We try to meet every Wednesday night to talk about life, the lesson Pastor Shane spoke and pray together.
Once a month we have an off-campus night where the small groups will go do something outside of the church as a group. We have a goal of having every other off-campus night be a service night. It gives the teens an opportunity to serve people outside the church. Service nights have included: passing out cupcakes and visiting at a nursing home, yard work for an elder saint in the church, passing out hot chocolate downtown, packing lunches for a non-profit group, etc...
